Incidentally, this is also the first post of this blog’s first every Blogchatter Half Marathon, which doubles the pleasure. And when it’s a post about reusing and recycling something you would otherwise toss in the trash, it’s even better!

Yes, today we’re talking about cereal boxes, something nearly every home has, especially if you have kids. These cereal boxes are made of thin cardboard, which is perfect for making all sorts of crafts, and you’ll find many that kids will enjoy making.

However, this also makes cereal boxes a versatile material when it comes to home organization, and you can use it in multiple ways. You can either just cut off a side of the box or completely transform it with patterned paper or fabric – the opportunities to use this humble box are just endless!

  2. I’ll be careful next time while opening my cereals so I don’t ruin the boxes. Really liked the lid organizer idea. There are too many lids floating around in the drawers!
